"K.K. Milonga" is a K.K. Slider song that first appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It has a slow tempo and sounds dramatic. The song is named after the milonga, a music type that originated in Argentina and Uruguay.

Parts of the composition reference "Milonga del Angel" by Astor Piazzolla, an Argentine bandoneon player and composer famous for his tango and milonga compositions; K.K.'s appearance on the cover is also based on that of Piazzolla.

Album cover[edit]

Album cover in Animal Crossing: New Leaf

The album cover for "K.K. Milonga" depicts Diva lying on the ground in front of moustached K.K. Slider playing accordion in a red background. In New Leaf, the text at the bottom-left is illegible, while in New Horizons, the text is now at the top-right and reads the Spanish title of the song, "Tota-milonga." Similar to the composition, the cover appears to reference the album Tango: Zero Hour by Astor Piazzolla.
