"K.K. D&B" (formatted as "K.K. D & B" prior to New Leaf) is a K.K. Slider song that first appears in Doubutsu no Mori. The name "D&B" is short for drum and bass, a genre of electronic music popular in Britain during the 1990s. The song is based on 1990s jungle-style D&B, as opposed to more modern, electronic D&B. The bass in the song is played on a synthesizer, roughly resembling a reese bass, and a digital drum kit produces the percussion in a breakbeat fashion. There is a lower octave synth bass and a higher octave synth bass. The two basses can be heard in the opening and part-way through the middle. The electronic drums are heard after that.

The album cover for "K.K. D&B" features a kaleidoscope of K.K. Slider faces. In New Leaf, the art is brightly multicolored and a design based on the Japanese title, "ドラムンベース" (Doramunbēsu), is present in the bottom right. In New Horizons, the art has a very dark tint with a circumscribed decagram pattern on top, and the text is now in the left position, reading "K.K. D&B" with "K.K." written vertically.
