Animal Crossing × Fueki
Animal Crossing × Fueki is a collaboration between the Animal Crossing series and Japanese supply company Fueki. It was also given the title どうぶつののり (Doubutsu no Nori), a pun on Doubutsu no Mori and nori, the Japanese word for glue.
The collaboration began in Japan in January 2017 with the release a set of three Animal Crossing-themed glue pots by Fueki; the three pots feature Digby, Isabelle, and K.K. Slider. The collaboration also resulted in content in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo, where Holden, a villager modeled after Fueki's mascot Fueki-kun, and several Fueki-themed items were distributed from February 1 to May 1, 2017.[1] The items were available for purchase from Holden's RV at the campground, which could be invited by speaking to Harvey with an internet connection in Japan in the promotion's time period.[2]
