Winter Day is a holiday exclusive to Doubutsu no Mori+. Similar to other holidays introduced in that game, it corresponds to a real world Japanese public holiday, namely Culture Day. From 10 AM to 6 PM, Tortimer can be found by the Wishing Well where he will give the player a Snowman item when spoken to.
In international versions of Animal Crossing and Doubutsu no Mori e+, the holiday was removed and replaced with Snow Day.
