The Sci-Fi Theme is a furniture theme that first appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is a collection of futuristic furniture with machines that can project holograms and dashboards with complicated interfaces. The theme consists of ten furniture pieces and matching wallpaper and flooring. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, every item is a spotlight item, so the player must upgrade the general store to at least T.I.Y. before these items are available for sale. Some of the items make a return in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, where they are unlocked as Ribbot's and Kid Cat's furniture requests.
