It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. If this item is placed on the ground however, it is penalized by the Happy Home Academy by 1 point per each item.
The round mini cactus can be obtained from the Garden Shop or the gardening corner at T&T Emporium for 800 Bells. It can also be obtained from the RV of Saharah for 3 MEOW Coupons.
