The Japanese-style meal is a miscellaneous furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. As a miscellaneous item, it can be placed on either the ground or on the surfaces of tables and other similar furniture items that have surfaces for items.

The Japanese-style meal can be obtained from either Nook's Cranny for  2,400 Bells or from any of the staff at the café for  2,200 Poki in Happy Home Paradise.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Annalisa, Bam, Canberra, Chow, Kiki, Lily, Mitzi, Snake, and Violet. The item can also be unlocked when tasked by Lottie to design the café and the restaurant.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Annalisa requires this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home.

After unlocking this item in Happy Home Paradise, the item can be purchased from Wardell's catalog for  2,200 Poki.
