The cow skull is a furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is part of the Western Theme. It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. If this item is placed on the ground however, it is penalized by the Happy Home Academy by 1 point per each item.

The cow skull can be obtained from Timmy and Tommy's store for  1,020 Bells.[nb 2]

This item appears as a furniture item in the homes of Clay and Grizzly. As a result, this item can be purchased by the player if they were invited by any of the preceding villagers. These villagers may also put this item up for sale at the Re-Tail flea market for 50% to 90% of the item's buy price, in increments of 10%.

Notes

  1. Re-Tail sell price; can be sold for 80% of this price ( 204 Bells) at Timmy and Tommy's store
  2. As a standard furniture item available from Timmy and Tommy's store, this item is also available from the following sources: shaking trees; gifts from villagers and campers; the player's birthday; balloons (if the item's rarity group is very rare); and the police station (if the item's rarity group is common)
  3. Filly and Holden cannot legitimately move to the player's town via normal gameplay, but a default house layout can be observed via hacking. They share the same housing layout.
