The morning assembly stand (ちょうれいだい chourei dai?) is a furniture item in Doubutsu no Mori, Doubutsu no Mori+, and Dòngwù Sēnlín. It is part of the School Theme.
The morning assembly stand can be obtained from Crazy Redd's Furniture Emporium for 7,200 Bells,[nb 2] Wisp, a treasure hunt, or trees when the player has good luck. It does not have any color for the purpose of fêng shui.
In Doubutsu no Mori, this item appears in the homes of Sprocket.
In Doubutsu no Mori+, this item appears in the homes of Sprocket.
In Dòngwù Sēnlín, this item appears in the homes of Sprocket.
For villagers who have this item placed on the floor in their house, there is a chance that the villager will gift it to the player.
Version differences
In Dòngwù Sēnlín, the morning assembly stand has a different design and is made from wood rather than metal.
Leftover dummy item
In Animal Crossing, the morning assembly stand is still leftover in the game data as a dummy item, unobtainable without gameplay modification or glitches. It has the unused name "stepstool" and uses the dummy model, a white triangle with red Japanese text reading ダミー (damī, dummy). Its name was also translated to other languages in the European version of Animal Crossing, with the name "escalerita" in Spanish, "escabeau" in French, "Tritt" in German, and "gradino" in Italian.
The item remains unused in Doubutsu no Mori e+, where, as with all dummy items in that game, its name appears as "かぐ?" (kagu?, furniture?) in the player's inventory. However, when dropped on the ground outside, its name from Doubutsu no Mori+ is shown. The item appears as the same dummy model but cannot be placed down in the player's house if in their inventory.
