The shopping bag is a miscellaneous furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. As a miscellaneous item, it can be placed on either the ground or on the surfaces of tables and other similar furniture items that have surfaces for items.

The shopping bag can be obtained from either Nook's Cranny for  1,300 Bells or the Paradise Planning office for  1,200 Poki. The item's color can be customized by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  1,000 Bells.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is available from the start for use in designing. Apple, Axel, Boone, Chadder, Cheri, Ed, Frita, Kitty, Merengue, Paolo, Peggy, Soleil, Sylvana, and Tammy feature this item in their order list when designing their vacation home.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Paolo requires this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home.
