The Resetti Surveillance Center is found in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. This is where Mr. Resetti and his brother, Don, live and work. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, the player will be able to place the manhole entrance in their town when the player reset once.
Access
The Resetti Surveillance Center is not always accessible; the player can get to the center by traveling to the city in City Folk any time after 8 P.M. on a random day of the week and traveling as far as possible directly right. If the center is accessible, one of the caution cones usually blocking the end of the sidewalk will be pushed out of the way, and a light will be on at the end of the walkway. If the player enters, either Resetti himself or Don will be there. In New Leaf the player can enter the Reset Center through a manhole, after it has been built, the day after it has rained after 7:00 PM.
Inside
First Visit
The brother present will want the player to leave, but will act as though the player wants something in return. The player will then receive a Silver Shovel in City Folk.
Other Visits
In City Folk: After the player meets Don Resetti, If the player goes to the city when the cones are moved or to the manhole any time after 8 P.M., the player can access the Resetti Center where Mr. Resetti and Don will be sitting in the two chairs. After speaking with one of them a conversation will ensue, during which the Reset Alarm will go off. Resetti's chair will pull back, and he will travel to the resetter's house.
In 'New Leaf: The player visits the Reset Center 5 times they will receive Mr. Resetti's photo and if they visit for the 7th time the player will get Don Resetti's photo.
