Birds are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series . The term does not refer to any bird specifically, but these birds resemble many different typical passerines , down to having unique tail feathers.
There are 21 bird villagers so far, of which two are islanders, and three special characters. There are only six females compared to fifteen males in this group, making this group predominantly male. Of the birds, six are jocks , four are cranky , three are lazy , two are normal , two are peppy , two are smug , and two are snooty . There are currently no sisterly bird villagers. A total of seven bird villagers are absent from Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo Ace , Flash , Joe , Madam Rosa , Otis , Shoukichi , and Twirp have not reappeared since Doubutsu no Mori e+
