Étoile is a normal, sheep villager in the Animal Crossing series. She first appeared in the Animal Crossing series in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo, where she can only be appear by scanning her respective amiibo card. Her name is the French word for "star."

Appearance
Étoile is a pink sheep with yellow horns, a pink headband with two large stars on it and purple fur with pink, yellow and lavender specks spread out all over her fur. Her design is based off the Sanrio characters Kiki & Lala from the Little Twin Stars series.
Personality

As a normal villager, Étoile will appear friendly and hospitable towards the player and other villagers. Like other normal villagers, she will have an unseen obsession with hygiene and cleanliness, which she mentions when the player visits her in her home. Other than her hygiene interests, she will appear neutral and open-minded when discussing hobbies. She will get along easily with other villagers, but may conflict with lazy villagers when they talk about food and leading her on to suggesting making them dinner or lunch. She may have trouble getting along with cranky, uchi and snooty villagers in general due to their mean-spirited nature.

Étoile's house has the entire Kiki-and-Lala series of furniture in it, as well as the Kiki-and-Lala Outfit, a Marshmallow Chair, a Princess Cage, a Mermaid Vanity and a Mermaid Shelf. If Étoile has a stereo in her house, it will play K.K. Lullaby.
