The Resetti Surveillance Center is a location found in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf - the structure in which Mr. Resetti and his brother, Don, live and work. In City Folk," the center is located at the eastern end of the city, behind two traffic cones; in New Leaf, on the other hand, the facility is available as a public works project at the cost of 368,000 Bells.

In its initial appearance in the Animal Crossing series, the Resetti Surveillance Center is not always accessible, only able to be entered on random weekdays after 8 pm; the player, if they wish to check whether the center is reachable or not, can find the structure's entrance in the rightmost part of the city - where it is concealed by two traffic cones located near the entrance to one of the tunnels leading out of the city proper. If the center is accessible, one ofthee caution cones will be pushed aside, and a light nearby will be lit. Should the player enter, they will find either Resetti or Don inside. When spoken to, the brother present will ask the player to withdraw from the facility, eventually offering to give the player a Silver Shovel.

On subsequent visits (if the center is accessible on the day the player decides to visit), the player may come across Mr. Resetti and Don sitting in the center's two orange chairs. After the player speaks to one of the brothers, they engage in conversation - during which an alarm goes off. In response, the chair that Mr. Resetti is settled in pulls back, and the mole exits the building, presumably to travel to the residence of the resetter.

Inside

First Visit

The brother present will want the player to leave, but will act as though the player wants something in return. The player will then receive a Silver Shovel in City Folk.

Other Visits

In City Folk, if the player goes to the city when the cones are moved or to the manhole any time after 8 P.M., the player can access the Resetti Center where Mr. Resetti and Don will be sitting in the two chairs. After speaking with one of them a conversation will ensue, during which the Reset Alarm will go off. Resetti's chair will pull back, and he will travel to the resetter's house.

In New Leaf, if the player visits the Reset Center five times, they will receive Mr. Resetti's photo, and if they visit seven times, the player will obtain Don Resetti's photo.
