T.I.Y. is the fourth expansion to Timmy and Tommy's store in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, after being upgraded from Super T&T. With this upgrade, T.I.Y. and the Garden Center will merge together into one large building, with two separate entrances, similar to a strip mall. Tommy works at the start of the week and Timmy the end of the week. The selection of items will grow:
- Five pieces of furniture (4 floor objects and 1 wall object)
- Three tools
- Two fortune cookies
- Two wallpapers
- Two carpets
- Two stationery
- One wrapping paper
- One medicine
- One melody paper
- One music disk
The final store upgrade after T.I.Y. is the T&T Emporium.
