No villagers wear this item as their default outfit.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Eugene, Faith, Marlo, Moe, and Nan. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
