Clocks are a kind of furniture. Like with all analogue clocks, the hands of each clock move as real time passes. On the hour, some clocks even have different motions - the Cabin Clock has a bird that comes out above the clock face, and the Egg Clock has a bird jump out of the egg. If one is using a clock to tell the time, it is a bit pointless as one can stand still, not holding any buttons or analogue sticks, or touching the stylus to the screen, and a clear clock appears on one's game console screen.
