The Satellite is a houseware item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The Satellite can be obtained from crafting, which requires 10× Star Fragment and 15× Iron Nugget. The recipe for this item can be obtained as the ninth DIY in order (unless the player had received the DIY recipe beforehand) from Celeste or from message bottles found on the Star Fragment island via Kapp'n's boat tours. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

This item appears as a furniture item in the homes of Octavian. As a result, this item has a chance to be purchasable by the player if they were invited by any of the preceding villagers.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Benedict, Biff, Julian, Kevin, Phil, Sasha, and Sterling.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Benedict requires this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home.
