The golden shovel is a tool item in Doubutsu no Mori+, Animal Crossing, and Doubutsu no Mori e+. Unlike the normal shovel, the golden shovel can randomly dig up 100 Bells.

The golden shovel can be obtained by burying a normal shovel in a shining spot. This will plant a golden tree. When fully grown, the player can shake the golden tree and the golden shovel will fall out. The golden shovel cannot be sold.
