The bandage is an accessory item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The bandage can be obtained from Mabel before building Able Sisters, or from the shop once it has opened for 140 Bells. It can also be obtained from the doctor at the Hospital in Happy Home Paradise when selecting "My head hurts." → "My head is pounding.". The item can also be obtained from the apparel shop in Happy Home Paradise for 130 Poki if the shop's theme is set to sell "loose clothes" or "simple clothes", or when the store is asked to sell any clothes under the "anything is fine" option.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for 
Bones, 
Fuchsia, and 
Stinky. The item can also be unlocked when tasked by Lottie to design the hospital. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
