The gold-rose plant is a flower item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. As a flower item, running over the plant has a chance to remove its petal, setting it back a growth level. It can be relocated using a shovel.
The gold-rose plant is obtained by watering a black-rose plant with a golden watering can. When picked, it produces gold roses. The plant sells for 1,000 Bells, making it tied with the blue-rose plant as the highest-selling flower plant in the game.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing after listening to Leif's lecture at the school regarding hybrid flowers.
