Jacob's ladders are a type of flower in the Animal Crossing series, that first appears in Template:AFe+. They spawn only when the town is in perfect condition. This flower does not have any variations, appearing only as a cluster of whitish-green buds dangling from a leafy plant. This plant does not breed when placed next to other Jacob's Ladders. They typically spawn near cliffs, except in Animal Crossing: Wild World, where cliffs do not appear.

The real-life Jacob's ladder is known as a "Polemonium" and has mostly purple or blue flowers and appears very different from the one that appears in the game. The in-game Jacob's ladder is based off a lily of the valley.
