Patricia is a normal rhino islander in Doubutsu no Mori e+. Her name is a popular given name in some countries, although given her horns' resemblance to watermelons, her name could possibly be a reference to pâtissière, a French word for a pastry chef, much like Merengue (another normal rhino with horns that look like fruits) or "pastry."

In Doubutsu no Mori e+, Patricia's house initially lacks any furniture. She will request from the player a Robo-Stereo, a Jack-in-the-Box, a Papa Bear, a Mama Bear, a Baby Bear, an Executive Toy, a Water Bird, and an Elephant Slide, plus the Kitchen Wall and Lovely Carpet. They are the same items that Faith requests, except for different wallpaper and flooring.
