Carrie (マミィ, Mommy) is a normal, kangaroo villager from the Animal Crossing series. Her only appearances were in Animal Crossing and Doubutsu no Mori e+, until she reappeared in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer as one of the mandatory clients in the game, the others being Goldie and Lopez. Additionally, Carrie returns in the Welcome amiibo update of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. She, as all other female kangaroos, carries a joey in her pouch. The joey serves no purpose but to mock its mother's emotions. Her name may possibly be derived from how female kangaroos carry their joeys. Her initial phrase, "little one", refers to her joey.

Appearance

Carrie is a light brown kangaroo with light blue eyelids that are closed halfway. Her joey is identical to her. She has pink inside her ears and her belly is white, along with the tips of her paws. Her feet are also white. Her initial clothing is the toad shirt, which is red with white polka dots.

Because she is a normal villager, she is polite, sweet, and loving. She will have an obsession with hygiene. She is easy to make friends with, and she will not get mad if fail a request for her. It is rare that she gets angry. Carrie enjoys just about anything. Carrie likes flowers by her house, so she may ask the player to plant flowers near them.

House

Carrie's house almost looks like a mini apartment. There is an area where there's a fridge and a stove and there is a TV by the table and chairs.
