Ione is an unreleased squirrel villager who will be added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons as part of the 2.0 update on November 5, 2021. They are possibly named after British actress Ione Skye, due to their sky-patterned tail.

Ione is a light blue squirrel with dark blue ears, a dark blue tail covered in small light blue specks, and a tuft of pale yellow hair. They have pale yellow eyeshadow and two small pale yellow eyelashes on the bottom-outer side of each eye.
