Given that we generally have taken current game terminology to its core, don't you think we should move this to Octopus (sea creature)? With the exception of Pocket Camp, where many sea creatures in fact are catchable fish, the octopus has not been an catchable fish since New Leaf when it was relegated to a sea creature, and labeling it as a fish would be inaccurate for the latest games. -- PanchamBro (talk ⢠contributions) 05:09, November 21, 2022 (EST)
- Support as sea creatures are now totally different than fish. đToadalindđ (talk) 09:43, December 11, 2022 (EST)
- Comment I'm hesitant to support sea creature since it's technically been a fish in a greater number of mainline games compared to sea creature, but maybe "Octopus (creature)"? "Creature" is official terminology used to refer to bugs/fish/sea creatures, and it would cover both fish and sea creatures. HylianAngel (talk) 22:11, January 27, 2023 (EST)
- Comment I think that's a good compromise. -- PanchamBro (talk ⢠contributions) 22:36, January 27, 2023 (EST)
- Oppose "(sea creature)", but Support just "(creature)". The Jacketed Terrapin 04:19, January 28, 2023 (EST)
