The Libra fragment is a crafting material in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The Libra fragment can be found on the island's beach one day after the player wishes on shooting stars during the Libra zodiac from September 23 to October 23. Celeste can also give the player a Libra fragment 20% of the time during the Libra zodiac if the player is ineligible to obtain additional DIY recipes from her. Up to 10 of the item can be stacked together. Each Libra fragment sells for 500 Bells.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for 
Timbra.

Description
When giving the Libra fragment to Celeste, she will say the following:
"The goddess of justice, Astrea, had a set of scales that could measure whether someone was good or bad. But she didn't have much use for them until Pandora opened the box that brought evil into the world. I guess someone thought they were interesting enough to hang in the sky as the constellation, Libra, though. I do wonder why she had those scales already, though... Were the gods...up to something?"
