The large star fragment is a crafting material in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The large star fragment can be found on the island's beach one day after the player wishes on shooting stars. Celeste can also give the player a large star fragment 20% of the time if the player is ineligible to obtain additional DIY recipes from her. Up to 10 of the item can be stacked together. Each large star fragment sells for  2,500 Bells.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Diana, Ione, Julian, Phil, Ruby, and Timbra.
