Her catchphrase, sugar, is referring to the treat, sugercubes, that horses enjoy eating. And she is the only horse appears only on the Gamecube version, and doesn't appear on Wild World, City Folk, and New Leaf.
Appearance
Cleo is a light purple mare (female horse) with a yellow mane. She has anime eyes, which gives her a peppy look. She has pink in her ears and mouth. She also has a white muzzle and white tipped feet and hooves. She wears the Silk Bloom shirt.
Personality
Below is a brief description of the snooty personality. For more information, click here.
Cleo is a snooty villager. Snooty villagers like to talk about love and boyfriends. She plots rumors about normal and peppy villagers, just like cranky villagers. She gets along with other snooty and cranky villagers. She also gets along with jock villagers, which is rare for her personality. Most snooty characters do not get along with jocks.
House
Cleo has a very chic house. She has the mosaic wall and floor, some plants, and a mermaid statue, one of Gulliver's rare prizes. A retro stereo plays K.K. Bossa.
