Appearance
Her appearance is a bear that looks sort of like a polar bear: tall and white, with a little black nose. She is originally wearing the Heart Shirt. Her ears are blue inside and she has a little bit of light pink blush under her eyes.
Personality
Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.
Tutu is a peppy villager. Like most peppy villagers, she will be quoted as saying "stuff" a lot and have an interest in walking and stew. She will also appear friendly to all characters, and may give you unexpected gifts as part of her peppy personality. When you first meet her in your town, she says it is "her big debut".
House
She listens to K.K. Steppe. In Animal Crossing: City Folk, her house has a mama bear, a reference to her gender and species. She also has some kitchen objects, such as a refrigerator and a stove. She even has an old-fashioned television. She has no general theme.
