Winnie (マキバスター, Makibuster) is a peppy, horse villager from the Animal Crossing series. She was absent from Animal Crossing: Wild World and returns in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Her name is a reference to horse whinnying, while her catchphrase is a mix between hay, common horse food, and the A-OK catchphrase. She can be seen in the cover of Animal Crossing: City Folk under a tree reading a book.

Appearance

Winnie is a brown horse with a white nose and a yellow star on her forehead, which is higher up in Animal Crossing. She has blue inner ears and dark brown hair, that appears in a ponytail. She initially wears a cow shirt.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

As a peppy villager, Winnie will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the player. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute or has read about in Ms. Nintendique, an unseen magazine read by snooty and peppy villagers in Animal Crossing: Wild World. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span she will forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future. She will get on well with normal, lazy, and other peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat personality.

House

Winnie's house, as it appears in Animal Crossing.

Winnie's house has a lovely theme, with every item from the Lovely series. She also has a baby bear and a vase of flowers in her house. K.K. Bossa plays in her house.

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, she does not have a specific theme as she did in Animal Crossing. She has a green desk, a exotic bed, a ranch couch, a traffic cone, and some plants. She has My Place playing on a dice stereo in her house.
