(Given they seem to have a "fully-dressed" design to them (notice how the color of their lower body + legs is far closer to that of the Dragon Suit they're wearing than their fur, not unlike the Superhero villagers; not to mention their feet are clearly designed like shoes), it's hard to determine if their entire arms are white or if it's only the hands that are white (i.e. they are designed to look like gloves). Hopefully we'll know the true answer once the new update drops.)

Tiansheng is an unreleased monkey villager who will be added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons as part of the 2.0 update on November 5, 2021. Their name is derived from the Chinese "Qí Tiān Dà Shèng" (simplified: 齐天大圣/traditional: 齊天大聖), a title for Sun Wukong translating to "Great Sage, Equal to Heaven."

In New Horizons, Tiansheng has the fitness hobby and will wear sporty shades and lift heavy dumbbells while exercising.
