The block flooring is a carpet item in Animal Crossing: New Leaf introduced in the Welcome amiibo update.

The block flooring can be obtained from the RV of Huck for  3 MEOW Coupons.

This item appears in the homes of Cashmere and Huck as the default carpet. This item also appears in the RVs of Cashmere, Huck, and Mabel.
