The following is a list of bugs in Animal Crossing: City Folk.
The total number of bugs in City Folk is 64, 8 more than the number of bugs in Animal Crossing: Wild World. Bugs that have been removed since Wild World include the Cockroach and Stag Beetle, the former relegated to spawn within houses if the player does not play for a long time. Bugs new in City Folk include the Raja Brooke Butterfly, Giant Petaltail, Walking Leaf, Violin Beetle, Miyama Stag, Cyclommatus, Golden Stag, and Centipede. The Diving Beetle and Bagworm return in this game after being cut in Wild World.
