Leopold (ティーチャ―, Teacher) is a lion villager with a jock personality in Animal Crossing, but later has a smug personality in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His name is probably a reference to the lion's scientific name, Panthera leo. His name may also be a reference to the King of Belgium, Leopold II, or the Roman Emperor, Leopold I. This may also refer to his species, a lion, who are called "Kings of the Jungle", and often referred to as "Kings".
Appearance
Leopold is a lion with a beige "ecru" color to his fur, and a lighter beige color to his muzzle. He has a green mane, which looks like long green hair, and wears glasses. His initial clothing is the Noble Shirt. The tips of his paws are a dark brown, as well as his tail.
