Split #Plaza subsection to Event Plaza page?
Should Resident Services#Plaza be split and placed in the Event Plaza page as an NH subsection? It feels that the Plaza is sufficiently distinct from Resident Services. Also I'm taking into consideration that the Town Tree, while "part" of the Plaza in NL, is a fully separate page.
