The green bamboo mat is a rug item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. It is part of the Bamboo Series. As a rug item, it can be placed inside the houses of villagers, the player, Photopia on Harv's Island, a vacation home in Happy Home Paradise, or in the Room Sketch app.

The green bamboo mat can be obtained from crafting, which requires 3× bamboo piece. The recipe for this item can be obtained from cranky villagers, either when they are crafting in their house, or when the player receives their message bottle from the beach.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Canberra, Cranston, Gladys, Kabuki, Ricky, Toby, and Walt.
