Hello, just need some help. I have been playing City Folk for ten years. Never once have I seen the Proper painting at Redd's. I go faithfully every Wednesday. This is the only painting I'm missing and it goes in the the singular slot on the back wall of the museum. Does the Proper painting only come round once or twice a year? Anyone else have this issue?
