It could be obtained for a limited time by purchasing Filbert's Rocket Cookie from Timmy and Tommy from April 17, 2018 to June 15, 2018. The set is themed around a rocket launch site, and most items are colored blue and orange.

After the player receives Rocket Launchpad, a memory titled Space Dreams with Filbert will be unlocked. This memory stars Filbert and Kid Cat.
