Snowflake
Snowflakes are items in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: New Horizons that can be found randomly during the winter, when the ground has been covered in snow. They slowly float around in the air, similar to butterflies. They can be caught with a net. Snowflakes can be sold for 500 Bells, or used to obtain a piece of furniture from the Ice Series. However, they cannot be placed in a storage device in the player's house. To obtain the furniture, the player must find two snowballs. The player must build a Snowboy, the second smallest type of "snow-person." The Snowboy will ask the player to fetch five snowflakes, three if she is built perfectly. However, if the Snowboy is built completely out of proportion, she will not accept snowflakes at all and the player will have to build another one. Once the requested amount of snowflakes are given to the Snowboy, the player will receive a piece of Ice-themed furniture. The pieces of the furniture are given in a sequence, so the player will never get repeats until they have the entire set. Getting a repeat of a furniture item is not entirely a bad thing, since Ice-themed furniture sells for 8,888 Bells a piece. They are also Featured in New Horizons, Where the feature is the same as NL, where they are also used to make the Ice Series, but not required after making a Snowboy. Snowflakes can be sold in NH for <ERROR=JGSB74>
