Improving the 'Adding categories' section

This section does not actually provide instruction on how to add categories to the site. I would do so myself... but I'm new and am looking for this information myself! --Sunmarsh (talk)

Help, can't remove category

I was looking into removing the background of some images, but even though I have HotCat activated it won't let me remove the image with background category, and it also doesn't show in the imagesEdit page, so I can't remove it there. Is this a special case, or do I not have some User Privilege necessary to remove that? Edit: Nevermind, found out you have to remove the Image Transparency banner, could that be added to this help page?
