Remove or convert this page

This is a very unnecessary article to have, since much of the content discussed is pretty much covered in better details at "Public works project". At the same time however, there are item pages that have the word "Bench" involved. Therefore, there are four options to tackle this page.

• Option A: Make the page a redirect to "Public works project".
• Option B: Convert to a disambiguation page, listing the various item pages that have the word "bench".
• Option C: Delete this page.
• Option D: Do nothing.
