Shirts are clothing that can be worn in all installments of the Animal Crossing series. In the earlier versions for the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo GameCube, the player would have either a viking helmet or a princess hat on, which would have a matching pattern to the shirt the player was wearing. Later, the player could have any headpiece.
