The Recycling Bin is found on the right side of the Town Hall. It holds various items that neighbors may have dropped in after remodeling their house. This also can hold pitfall seeds. These are not placed by a neighbor, but are computer generated on random. The player may dig out anything you wish from the bin and put any unwanted items in it. Every Monday and Thursday, all items in the recycling bin will be picked up at 6 am.

Appearance

The Recycling Bin is a "Mother of Pearl" white. It's lid is a forest green color. On the lid is an oval with the same "Mother of Pearl" white color. Inside the oval is what appears to be fish bones in the same color of forest green.
