This account is a bot; it isn't an actual person. It was used to transfer images from Wikia, where the file you're talking about was originally uploaded. Unfortunately, the user that uploaded it is no longer active, so that person can't give you an answer. If I were to make a guess, though, I would say it came from here; the wiki has many images from there. -Sky (talk) 18:37, 2 January 2012 (EST)
