The ripe wheat plant is an item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. The plant produces Wheat for the player to pick. By default, only one Wheat is produced, but up to three Wheat can be produced if a Watering Can is used.

The ripe wheat plant can be obtained from growing a Wheat Start or Wheat. The plant can be relocated by digging it up.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Admiral, Benjamin, Boots, Broccolo, Coco, Groucho, Limberg, Tammy, and Tipper.
