As mentioned on the Nookipedia Discord server, it might be a good idea to upload QR codes for NL-era designs, as a lot of them have been lost to history due to Nintendo removing some whenever a new design needed to be uploaded. Some DID recieve QR codes but those too have been lost to history (the Splatoon ones were on Nintendo JP's website, but even looking them up on the Wayback Machine gives you a "not found" message, but these have been reuploaded onto a blog around the time of them being released so they could be uploaded as is), but others will need QR codes made using ACPatterns or something similar.
