Usage
This template is to be placed on the talk pages of demoted staff members by the Bureaucrat or Director who demoted them.

There is an optional custom-message
parameter that replaces the default footer text.
Examples
There are four parameters that change the text of the notice based on the reason for demotion:
- Inactivity (default)
