A perfect fruit is a special gold-tinted version of a town's native fruit. The perfect fruit is exclusive to Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
When sold to a Re-Tail where the fruit type is native, Perfect Fruit goes for 600 bells. As a foreign fruit, perfect fruit goes for 3000 bells.
