The Critterpedia is an app introduced in Animal Crossing: New Horizons that lists all insects and fish the player has caught. It serves the same purpose as the Encyclopedia in previous games. It differs from the encyclopedia in previous games in that it also displays whether each critter has been donated to the museum.

There are two pages in the Critterpedia, one page each for insects and fish. All entries are initially blank until the player unlocks entries by catching new species of insects with nets or fish with fishing poles. As entries are unlocked, players will earn Nook Miles and titles.
